EXPRESS LUNCH TRAY

The ‘Express Lunch Trays’ offer a contemporary approach to a working lunch. The individual dishes, served on miniature plates and in bowls, make up a four course meal that is served on a wooden tray for each delegate.

Selection trays range from British, Mediterranean, Spanish, Asian and vegetarian.

Fish and chips - beer battered cod fillets with hand cut chips and homemade tartar sauce
Bangers and mash - Lincolnshire apple and sage sausages with creamed mash potato onion gravy

Apple crumble with Devonshire clotted cream
